Clarence came out - at night in December, no less! - quickly identified that my septic pump had stopped working, pulled the pump without draining the tank, which would have cost a lot more, and got it replaced within a little over an hour. Communication with the office was great and this was a lot less painful than it could have been, financially."

"We built our house and moved in at the beginning of the pandemic - 3 1/2 years ago. We know nothing about septic systems...so we trusted our septic designer and contractor to install everything correctly. It's a Nuwater system (which is aerobic) and an Oscar II drain field. We had it inspected every 6 months for 2 years... In 2022, our trash tank wasn't properly emptying into the next chamber, so failed inspection. The technician said we may have to replace our tanks, which kicked my anxiety into overdrive. I needed a second opinion. After asking for recommendations on a Thurston County FB group, Amy from Premier Septic reached out to me and told me Clarence would be out to inspect it the next day. Amy, the office manager, was SO responsive and friendly...and eased my worries. Clarence called before coming out and determined it was an easy fix. In fact, he drove to the store to get parts and fixed it that afternoon. ❤️ We've been under contract ever since - and very pleased with the pricing, quality work and customer service. Seriously! Fast forward to this week. Our septic alarm goes off on Saturday morning. Amy reassures me first thing Monday morning and Clarence pays us a visit Tuesday. The air compressor went out... Luckily, he has a kit handy and is able to rebuild it. Very reasonable pricing for the service call and repairs! The alarm goes off again at 10pm that same day. Same low pressure message...air compressor stopped working again. 😭 Clarence comes out the next day (for free!!) and fixes the compressor (a bolt inside got loose or something)...and it's working again. He reassures us we can continue to use water normally as the pump is still working fine. That was Wednesday....and here we are Thursday and the stupid freaking alarm is going off again! This time it's a high water level warning. I text Amy....and of course she responds moments later to tell me Clarence will be out again tomorrow to take a look. Poor Clarence LOL! He is so patient, friendly and understanding... This company stands by their work and provides EXCEPTIONAL customer service. I highly recommend this local company... just know he'll probably be booked a lot because he'll most likely be repairing our stupid system. 🤣 Thank you, truly!!"

In retrospect, I should have asked more questions about what was determined to be the problem, and what the total cost would be. I thought "pump" referred to the pump-out, rather than the actual device.

"I bought my first home! Yay! It has a septic.... Huh? 🤔 so after a few years I decide I better get someone out here to do some maintenance type stuff to it. I randomly called a (different) septic company and scheduled time for them to come out. They opened it up and both (tanks?) were full! They said I should have had an alarm going off. Go inside, darn alarm thing looks older than the hills and it was unplugged! Plug it in, yep, alarm is going off! They (the other septic guys) explain that someone else had to come out to give an estimate and someone would call me. They gave me a really elaborate and detailed explanation of all the things they needed to do ($$) before they could tell me what was going on. Luckily, I mentioned my septic woes to a friend and she said you gotta call Premier Septic, they're honest and real good people. They will do what you need and only what you need, and you can trust them. She then told me a story of how a different septic company did someone she knew real wrong in the last year or so and how it was rather expensive and they didn't even fix the issue and later how Premier Septic made it right, and what a better experience it was all around. Pretty impressive to have someone singing your praises like that!
And from my own experience, I have to agree. From the start they were helpful, took the time to explain what they needed and didn't need to do over the phone, and it was fixed in one appointment! They didn't have to drain everything just enough to fix something (geez don't ask me) but it wasn't the huge elaborate plan the other company was saying they wanted to do. I can also say it's been 2 months and the (septic) alarm has stayed quiet! Full disclosure, when I called, I found out I actually went to school with the owners and operators of this locally run business. I didn't know they got married but I think it's real sweet! They were good people back then, too, so no wonder! Anyway, as someone who knows nothing about septic I feel real good that I know who I'm gonna call in the future if anything happens again. 
Oh, and another good tip, if you see something labeled alarm, make sure you leave it plugged in!🤦‍♀️"
